Intuition training according to Alexandra Sorgenicht is a training program for the development of intuitive intelligence and intuitive self-leadership skills. Intuition training according to Alexandra Sorgenicht is based on more than twenty years of experience as an intuition trainer. The spiritual method of "Intuitive Training", which originated in the USA and is particularly widespread in the Netherlands, has been further developed by Alexandra Sorgenicht into a method that encompasses the whole person.
The focus of the training is on integrating the entire spectrum of human competence. Alexandra Sorgenicht's intuition training includes comprehensive spiritual experience training, personality and consciousness development, systemic aspects, vision finding and realization, trauma sensitivity and bodywork to regulate and integrate consciousness-expanding experiences.
In addition to the training to become an intuition trainer, which includes the 2-year IntuESSENCE training course, there are regular intensive training courses and retreats on specific aspects of intuitive living. The 2-year training is the prerequisite for training to become an intuition trainer.
As an editor at a public broadcaster, I often encountered a discrepancy between the ideal and the possible in my busy day-to-day work.
Through my training in intuition training according to Alexandra Sorgenicht, I have not only been able to experience true inner freedom, but can also apply this essential skill in my often hectic job. I can give a cinematic face to energies that I perceive on a subtle level and thus make visible what wants to be seen. By the audience. In this world. To touch and to move.
And how important it is for me to include the spiritual level - my spiritual or intuitive knowledge - in everything I experience as a citizen of this planet.
To finally, and always further, live myself. In freedom. With what I have come for and what I have to give to the world.
This realization now even applies to my work as an editor for television films and series: I gradually learned to understand that in my profession as a filmmaker - i.e. in the development of characters and stories - I am ultimately "reade". That, as far as possible, I dramaturgically rededicate or fictionalize what I can "see" in terms of energies left behind or future energies.
That, thanks to my training, I can give these energies a cinematic face. To make visible on this level what wants to be seen.

Through the many years of intuition training from and with Alexandra, many things in my life have changed massively. Where do I start?
I definitely wouldn't have become the artist I am right now. By working so intensively on myself, I now find it quite easy to put my ideas into practice and manifest them, and I have created an amazingly satisfying life for myself. I have developed a great deal of confidence when it comes to plunging into the unknown and I now plunge into the unknown at least once a week. Alexandra's intuition training makes utopias possible.
The problem as to why the utopia I would like to see is not yet here is the image we have of what is normal. There is no such thing as normal, everyone is different and has their own path. Therein lies the opportunity to enrich each other.
As soon as I fall into the trap of trying to conform to a currently valid "norm", I betray my uniqueness.
By working with my inner parts under the wonderful guidance of Alexandra, I was able to get to my "shadow issues" and my pain. Interestingly, some of these issues lie quite openly on the surface, masquerading as the normal, and the real, the human-normal, is taboo.
In my vision of utopia, being together in a group plays an essential role. The emergence of networks creates solidarity, mutual support and inspiration without having to compete.
