I am Alexandra Sorgenicht, expert for intuitive self-leadership, trainer for intuition coaches, entrepreneur and author.
For more than twenty years, I have been helping people to become free and self-determined in their lives by (re)discovering and profoundly developing their intuitive abilities. I have been training intuition coaches for more than 10 years. As an entrepreneur, creative, boss, expert and spiritual teacher, I find myself in a daily field of tension whose coordinates were considered irreconcilable not so long ago. My own history and my diverse experiences as a bridge-builder between worlds have given me valuable expertise in finding my way in a fragmented world.
Today, after many years of inner work, I am very grateful for this.

The discipline of the new era
It was "intuitively" clear to me at the time that this work could bring about precisely those changes in human existence that were still massively blocked at the time despite all the forms of therapy, personality development approaches and spiritual work of many decades: the reintegration of spirituality into the center of society, the connection between trauma healing and spirituality and the connection between spirituality and concretely lived potential.
Over the past twenty years, I have continuously trained in spiritual and intuitive work, in the background and experience of trauma (including more than five years of trauma therapy experience), in bodywork and much more. Because of course my own path of growth and healing is never "finished", on the other hand I always want to continue learning in parallel with my clients and students - and I can only do that if I myself do not stand still but remain in constant movement and development.

In 2007, I have the Institute for Intuition Training founded in 2017, a beautiful physical space for the institute in the center of Cologne, since 2019 we have been working internationally and online, in 2024 I renamed the institute the Space for INTUITION AND INTUITIVE LIFE to focus even more than before on intuitive living.
The intuition training that I have developed contains all the elements of "Intuitive Training", which originated in the USA. With my intuition training, I have developed an integrative method that encompasses the whole person through systemic elements, body work, personality development, potential development, mindfulness, trauma sensitivity and leadership training. My expertise lies in particular in living intuitive intelligence.
People who work with people: Leaders, healers, creators, supporters, therapists and companions benefit from my expertise in these areas and from my approach, which focuses on intuition as a leadership skill for safe and fruitful navigation through this time of transformation and crisis.

My vision
My wish for you, who are reading this, is that you can have your intuition at your disposal again, that you can follow it safely and create a life that really suits you.
I see what the reintegration of intuition as an essential cornerstone of human consciousness can achieve in society: a new form of security and self-efficacy and thus a new and powerful opportunity to create new connections and systems, both in the private sphere and in the global corporate world.
It is people who create visions and make visions come true - or destroy them.
The more people know and live their soul, are intuitive, the more of us there are, the greater the possibility that we as humanity will embrace and live our potential: we were never meant to rule over our home planet Earth. Our species is called, we are called to protect it.
Nothing in nature exists alone. When we heal, the world heals.
