I am Alexandra Sorgenicht, intuition expert, mentor and founder.
For more than twenty years, I have been helping people to become free and self-determined by (re)discovering and developing their intuitive abilities. As an entrepreneur, creative, boss, expert and spiritual teacher, I find myself in a daily field of tension whose coordinates were considered irreconcilable not so long ago. My own history and my diverse experiences as a bridge-builder between worlds have given me valuable expertise in finding my way in a fragmented world.
Today, after many years of inner work, I am very grateful for this.

The discipline of the new era
It was "intuitively" clear to me at the time that this work could bring about precisely those changes in human existence that were still massively blocked at the time despite all the forms of therapy, personality development approaches and spiritual work of many decades: the reintegration of spirituality into the center of society, the connection between trauma healing and spirituality and the connection between spirituality and concretely lived potential.
Over the past twenty years, I have continuously trained in spiritual and intuitive work, in the background and experience of trauma (including more than five years of trauma therapy experience), in bodywork and much more. Because of course my own path of growth and healing is never "finished", on the other hand I always want to continue learning in parallel with my clients and students - and I can only do that if I myself do not stand still but remain in constant movement and development.
My work
In 2007, I have the Institute for Intuition Training founded in 2017, a beautiful physical space for the institute, in the middle of Cologne, since 2019 we have been working internationally and online, in 2024 I changed the institute into the space for INTUITION AND INTUITIVE LIFE.
The intuition training I offer combines spiritual work, personal development, connection skills, trauma sensitivity and bodywork.
From the experience of the last two decades, I can say that my work supports anyone who really wants to become fully themselves and is prepared to work intensively on themselves to achieve this. However, I have also observed that my approaches particularly support people who work with people themselves.
Leading, healing, creating, supporting, treating and accompanying benefit immensely from my expertise in these areas and from my approach, which focuses on realizing potential and caring for the self.

My vision
My wish for you, who are reading this, is that you can have your intuition at your disposal again, that you can follow it safely and create a life that really suits you.
I see what the reintegration of intuition as an essential cornerstone of human consciousness can achieve in society: a new form of security and self-efficacy and thus a new and powerful opportunity to create new connections and systems, both in the private sphere and in the global corporate world.
It is people who create visions and make visions come true - or destroy them.
The more people know and live their soul, are intuitive, the more of us there are, the greater the possibility that we as humanity will embrace and live our potential: we were never meant to rule over our home planet Earth. Our species is called, we are called to protect it.
Nothing in nature exists alone. When we heal, the world heals.

BOOK
In "INTUITION - How to strengthen the voice of your soul and use it for a free and self-determined life", I not only talk about the basis of all genuine spiritual work, which is so important to me. I also tell many stories. Not invented, but experienced. From myself and from many of the people I have been able to support in finding themselves and becoming an intuitive person.
In a way, I make myself naked down to my soul. Because I believe that visibility and transparency connect and heal.
OCEANS
Between 2012 and 2017, I produced the documentary series WOMEN AND OCEANS developed, written, shot, edited together with fantastic editors and realized with a great producer. (Link to Netflix) The follow-up series is in the works!
I haven't been able to make any more films for almost seven years because my spiritual work, the intuition training that I have developed further, has been so successful. From now on there will be more stories again! For you - and for me too, because the storyteller wants to join in again!

FAMILY STORIES
A film project that has been living in me since 1995 is being taken up again this year for what feels like the hundredth time. The second research trip to California, among other places, is being planned: See HERE.
Never imagined and suddenly there: a historical novel comes knocking. The courageous ancestor needs a monument, she says. At least a literary one.
