I have had comprehensively enriching experiences in Alexandra's constellation work. At every step, I knew: I am held. I am allowed to show myself, to try things out, to dare the next step, without being judged or pressured.
During a constellation, I sat opposite a participant who was representing my father. I was supposed to voice what I had never been able to say to him. At the time, I carried a lot of anger within me. With a few clear words, Alexandra invited me not to speak about my father, but about myself.
Suddenly, it was no longer about accusing him. I was able to arrive within myself. Out of the anger emerged something completely new: dignity—and the feeling of reclaiming my inner greatness. I carry that experience within me to this day.
