Katrin Miebach

The family constellation workshop during last year's „Free Will“ retreat was a very intense and healing experience. Encountering my inner parts that had been suppressed for so long and perceiving their voices and needs was unsettling and painful. The subsequent integration and loving acceptance of these parts was extremely liberating, coupled with a sense of wholeness. Since then, I no longer view my supposed weaknesses as weaknesses, but simply as a part of me. Since then, the sentence „Be brave and show who you really are“ has stayed with me. I am grateful for this profound experience.
