INTUITION

Intuition is not a vague hunch. It is a precise form of perception – and an essential form of human intelligence.

INTUITION
IS NOT A TOOL.

We all know that moment when something is clear within us before we can explain it. And we know the moment after: I knew it.

The problem isn't that we lack this ability. The problem is that we've never learned to understand and reliably use it.

If we continue to define ourselves primarily through rationality, we lose our orientation and future viability.

We live in a time of multiple crises.
Complexity is growing, securities are breaking away, and at the same time, technologies are emerging that are already superior to us in analysis. The systems in which we live and work are also increasingly showing their limits.

Intuition is often confused with gut feeling or knowledge gained from experience.
Both fall short.

Intuition is immediate knowledge.
It shows what is right – before we can explain why.

It is not a new tool. It is a fundamental human ability.

For clear decisions.
For inner independence.
And the question of how we can remain capable of action in a complex world.

Intuitive Human Method

The Intuitive Human Method is the result of over 25 years of work with intuition.

She combines intuition training, trauma-sensitive work, nervous system awareness, bodywork, and systemic coaching into a holistic approach.

Not as a method in the classical sense.
But as a structured approach to a skill that is already there.

The focus is not on optimization.
But the reconnection with one's own perception.

That means:
Intuition is not „added.“.
It is exposed, clarified, and made trainable.

The method consistently combines three levels that are usually separate in everyday life:
Body. Cognition. Intuition.

Only when these levels work together again is what we experience as clear orientation created.

The Intuitive Human Method is not a concept for withdrawal. It is a practice for living in connection—with oneself, with others, and within complex systems.

ATTITUDE / WORKING METHOD

This work is clearly managed.

She is trauma-informed, but not psychotherapy.
It is profound, but not unstructured.
And it presupposes that people are willing to take responsibility for themselves.

I don't work with dependency, but with empowerment.

That means: I don't give advance answers.
I create spaces where self-perception becomes accessible again – and sustainable.

Criticism is welcome here.
But not as an attack, but as part of clarification.

This work is not a safe space in the sense of avoidance.
It is a clearly maintained space where development becomes possible.

What is being created here is not a new identity.
But rather the reconnection with what is already there.

Or, perhaps most precisely stated:
Become who you are.

for you.
during this time.
