At every step, I knew: I am held. I am allowed to show myself, to try things out, to dare the next step, without being judged or pressured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a constellation, I sat opposite a participant who was representing my father. I was supposed to voice what I had never been able to say to him. At the time, I carried a lot of anger within me. With a few clear words, Alexandra invited me not to speak about my father, but about myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suddenly, it was no longer about accusing him. I was able to arrive within myself. Out of the anger emerged something completely new: dignity\u2014and the feeling of reclaiming my inner greatness.
