ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT - INTUITION AND INTUITIVE LIVING<\/p>

01 The General Terms and Conditions apply to all activities of \"ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT - INTUITION AND INTUITIVE LIFE\", hereinafter referred to as \"ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT\", and all agreements made with her in relation to seminars, training courses, specialist courses and other activities, hereinafter referred to collectively as \"TRAININGS\".<\/p>

02 The General Terms and Conditions shall always apply in the context of the provisions applicable to the respective TRAININGS, which are noted on the respective registration forms or have otherwise been made known to the participants by ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT.<\/p>

03 Supplementary provisions in offers or agreements between ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT and the participants that constitute a deviation from these General Terms and Conditions shall only be binding if confirmed in writing by ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT.<\/p>

04. offers by ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT, regardless of place and time of announcement, including prices, are always non-binding and subject to price, program and date changes. The holding of TRAININGS is always dependent on a sufficient number of registrations and, in principle, on the professional judgment of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT's management. TRAININGS will be confirmed with binding effect no later than one week before the first date.<\/p>

05 Binding registration for the TRAININGS takes place at the same time as the online booking. The registration form for the respective TRAINING must be received by the Institute for Intuition Training four weeks before the start of the training.<\/p>

06 Cancellation conditions; 20% of the total price is due if a registration is canceled. If a registration is canceled later than six weeks before the start of the TRAINING, 50% of the total price is due. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the start of the TRAINING will be charged 80% of the total price and cancellations made within the last 14 days before the start of the TRAINING will be charged the full price (100%).<\/p>

07 Withdrawal and refund
Once registration has been completed and the training or further training has begun, there is no entitlement to withdrawal or reimbursement of the participation fee. This applies irrespective of the reasons for not attending all or part of the course.<\/p>

08 Admission to the TRAININGS generally takes place according to the order of registration. In principle, the management of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT is entitled, in view of the interests and possibilities of individual participants and also of the entire group, not to admit (further) registered participants to individual or continuing TRAININGS.<\/p>

09. the participant must pay the costs of the TRAININGS directly into the ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT account after successful online booking. The amount shown is due IMMEDIATELY after receipt of the invoice.<\/p>

10 If the participant does not pay on time, he\/she is in default. In this case, a first reminder fee of EUR 5 will be charged in addition to the overdue amount within four weeks of receipt of the invoice. After expiry of the first reminder period, a second reminder fee of EUR 19 will be charged within two weeks in addition to the total amount.<\/p>

11. if ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT is forced to hand over its claim to a debt collection agency due to non-payment by the participant, all resulting judicial and extrajudicial costs shall be borne by the participant.<\/p>

12. if the lecturer is absent, a replacement will be provided or another solution (alternative date) will be offered.<\/p>

13. the management of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT excludes all forms of liability for any damage (psychological, emotional, physical and material) incurred or perceived before, during, after or as a result of participation in one of the TRAININGS or any other offer of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT.<\/p>

14 ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT treats all information received from participants as confidential.<\/p>

15. the contents of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT's lessons are and remain the property of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT, even after a contribution towards expenses has been received. The content of the lessons may not be reproduced, published or passed on, whether electronically, mechanically or in any other form whatsoever. Any exception requires written confirmation from the management of ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT.<\/p>

16.1 Agreed deadlines are binding.<\/p>

16.2 Appointments can be canceled up to two working days before the agreed date without giving reasons. If an If the appointment is canceled in good time, there is no entitlement to a fee. <\/span><\/p>

16.3 Cancellation of an appointment less than two working days before the agreed time is also no longer possible if the client <\/span>cannot keep the appointment through no fault of his\/her own. 16.4 If the appointment is missed without cancellation, a charge of \u20ac100 per agreed treatment hour will be made.<\/p>

16.5 The agreed time is reserved exclusively for the person making the appointment. In the event of delays, regardless of the cause, <\/span>only the agreed period is available and the agreed period is billed in full. If it is possible to extend the treatment period because no follow-up appointment has been scheduled, the additional time will be invoiced.<\/p>

17. audio files created during the TRAININGS or individual sessions are not part of the general offers or the service provided by ALEXANDRA SORGENICHT, but are in individual cases a bonus. No legal claim can be made.<\/p>

18<\/span>. Education vouchers\/premium vouchers can only be redeemed after prior consultation. The original vouchers must be signed and submitted with the registration\/booking. If the competent authority does not reimburse these vouchers, the remaining amounts must be paid to the institute retrospectively.<\/p>

19 German legislation shall apply to all agreements made.<\/p>

20 We would like to point out that our work is not a sufficient substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. It is to be understood as life counseling and is not intended to treat or cure illnesses. In the case of health complaints or illnesses, including mental illnesses, medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, i.e. the help of a doctor, alternative practitioner or psychotherapist, should therefore be sought.
